The whole OPD section of the app when it redirects to health assure is not usable. To select the doctor or the hospital in OPD benefits for both doctor visits or for tele consultations, the app shows a list of doctors but the list cannot be scrolled so you can only pick 1st doctor which is crazy! They don’t have a web portal to access these OPD benefits which makes this worse.

One of the worst app I have ever used, renewal is nightmare, post renewal new policy takes ages to get updated and more over tel services autobot does not understand what customer need and provide solution which are not relevant. People go with HDFC for their best services and customer experience. This is one of the worst managed product.

There is no Policy de-link option in app, Only renew option available. So even though if the vehicle is not with us, we need to renew the policy but we can’t remove the policy. I tried adding my name many times but every time the app is showing error message. So every-time do we need to raise ticket to make changes or link or de-link the policy? Make app more user friendly.

Don’t buy any insurance policy from HDFC ERGO. They can’t even renew policy properly. Everytime I tried to renew policy, it takes me to the browser to renew. One an OTP received on my mobile and the website kept suffering. Very pathetic service.

Error message details : 
Something is not right ! 
It seems a non Apple device is being used with health app or devices are being used by other accounts who have registered for this program.

I was syncing my steps data from watch and health app and it had even updated the number of steps. After a while noticed that it showed as 0 steps for the day and the previous record is not being displayed and is showing as “data not synced”. There is some major glitch with the app regarding the syncing of the steps data. Don’t know if it’s deliberate not to give the cashback or if there is some genuine issue. Disappointing.
