Useless app for motor insurance

It’s a salesy app. Spent 30 mins trying to find RSA or helpline number. What’s the point of making an app if you don’t put basic details

Useless

Why make an app when after uploading the claim documents and filing every detail your app gives an error and ask customer to email the claim details. If the app is not working please information us in advance and stop wasting our time.

OMG. is it an App ?

Policy not visible even 3 days after renewal. Chat bot keep asking your number despite you chat they the app where number is registered … OTP submit button does not activate even after typing 6 digits … the only focus is claims … How do you design an app ????

Stay away from these Scammers

HDFC Ergo's deceptive policy restrictions have left me seething with frustration and disbelief. Their failure to disclose the absurd age limitations for adding children to existing policies is not just negligent; it's downright deceitful. I renewed my policy for three years, only to discover that my son, who is just slightly over a year old, is now considered ineligible for coverage. This blatant disregard for transparency leaves my child vulnerable and exposes the company's true colors as profit-driven opportunists. Shame on HDFC Ergo for prioritizing their bottom line over the well-being of their customers' families. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS

HDFC AGRO APP SAME AS THE COMPANY IS

You cannot write review inside app because they are smart they will not allow you to. I have taken first time HDFC AGRO Insurance and would have been better if not taken at all. Surveyor took almost a month to approve a small claim.

Not able to fetch detail for renew

Worst experience of this gateway iam trying to make renew policy from last 4days but there is not proper solution worst worst worst experience

This app is having a serious bug

You just want to renew the policy. 1. Go to their mobile here app or website. 2. Enter policy number or mobile number or email id on the renew page. Click Renew. 3. OTP page would come and you will get an OTP. 4. Enter the OTP 5. After entering the OTP you will come back to step number 2. It’s a non ending loop from step 2 to step 5 6. Somebody from there customer care would call you for renewal. 7. They would suggest you to use app or website. You tell them that it doesn’t work but they will insist you. 8. They would guide you the same steps and you will struck between step 2 and step 5. 9. They will send you the payment link after that which would never work for the first time. 10. The ULTIMATE step would be in the end is that you would be calling their customer care and spend 30mins and finally they would generate a special link and sent it to you and payment will be done.

It does not work and does not allow u to login and renew any policies

Below par app

The app is full of bugs. Repeatedly asking for phone number and OTP. Can’t even make the payment even after tried for several times. Need immediate attention. App is very slow also.
