Cancel ride screen

I updated but I’m not seeing the cancel ride screen! Which I really was excited to see was supposed to be on the update

“No longer works for our school district

Usually this app works year round (one of my kids goes to a specialized year round school) and it always works throughout the summer but as soon as the general school year ended this year it stopped working completely?? Saying it’s no longer available for our school district. What’s going on? I’ve already inquired with the district and they don’t seem to know what happened either.

Doesn’t work

It Doesn’t even work anymore! It doesn’t let my Kid sign Up and it refuses to let my kid Sign in!

Garbage trashcan

Most of the apps that Minneapolis Public School district recommend students or parents download have crappy reviews on Google play store or Apple App Store this app is very inaccurate about the time the school bus arrives. Most of the time the app shows that the school bus arrived extremely early or extremely late very rarely this app actually shows the bus arriving at the time it’s supposed to also it’s very wrong the app. I don’t recommend it. I’m confused how this app on the Apple App Store has a 4.6 review. I’m starting to think maybe most of the reviews were paid for or by people who work for Minneapolis public school bus district

What a joke!

Perhaps this works for kids that scan something? My k5 granddaughter is picked up at 8:45 and dropped off at 4:20. Last night I received a notice that 8:30 PM that the bus was arriving to drop her off! Just one of th hundreds of examples. We ignore this app now, unfortunately.

Overall not bad but needs tweaks

I like the app overall but there are two issues. The app only allows one login in. My district has two separate logins for different buses. I am unable to keep track of both of my kids buses in one instance of the app without logging out and back in again. Also, it forgets the login information anytime it fails to connect during the login process. Anytime I try to connect without internet access I have to recenter the login information.

Stopped working right

It was working fine at first, very helpful, helped me to not miss the bus’s many times, but the last 2 weeks or so it has been inaccurate, it shows the bus is farther than it is, and even when I’m in the bus and moving it shows the bus in the same place it was in a few minutes ago. One time it even showed the bus was at school and I saw the bus pulling in a few seconds later. Pls fix this glitch.

Peace of mind

Notifications are not coming through

I am not sure what is going on with the application but I haven’t received an email notification about the bus since 2023. Even if we are standing outside and watching the bus approach, I receive absolutely no notification. My phone is up to date. I have deleted the app and downloaded again, reset notification strings and radius etc and still absolutely nothing. Before she switched schools back in September, this was never an issue.

It only works when they keep it plugged in on the bus,it never tells you where the bus is after it is gone or somewhere else never right where it is
