HERE WeGo is a free navigation app that guides local and global travelers on journeys both familiar and foreign. The app now has a fresh, new design and clearer, easier to use navigation.
Enjoy a more carefree journey and reach your destination effortlessly, however you need to get there. Get there on foot with easy-to-follow walk guidance. Take public transport in more than 1,900 cities around the world. Or use turn-by-turn voice guidance with accurate driving directions and go by car. Offline usage
What’s the point of having the offline feature and it doesn’t even work. I have the map downloaded and if I get a bad reception, the app doesn’t allow me to select anything. Just there.
my favorite map
Thanks to its high info density and offline functionality, this app feels like using a real map. Not having to worry about intermittent data service and data overage charges increases my usage. The ability to use the app and many of its best features without having to create an account means I recommend it to friends more than other mapping/navigation apps.
Please implement scooter with max speed api endpoint!
Please, your sdk and api support scooter navigation with a max speed, and you have an example of this developed on flutter on GitHub, why not just add it to this app?
Update map function too bad, drive mode disappear
I used the maps usually from begining old version until now. But from the new version 4.xx, the function update maps to use offine too bad, auto update maps and drive mode disappeared (map mode is very dificults to see when dring). Please bring drive mode and auto upadate maps back soon. Thank you for your attention.
Keeps crashing on startup
Just when I needed it as an offline app it refuses to work. Landed in a new country with no data I just needed a map to orient myself and to my surprise it keeps crashing on startup
The app can't connect to the Internet
I have been using this app for 9 years starting with my first smartphone Nokia Lumia, then on Android LG, now on Iphone. Never had any problems, maps worked perfect offline although they are some non-existing places, both in walking, driving and even transit! But a weird thing happened after the second to last update and honestly I wish I had never installed it: the app stopped connecting to the Internet abruptly and altogether!!! I've tried everything, cellular, location on and off, low data on and off, background refresh on and off - useless! It works only in walking and off course you can't download new maps. What made me even sadder is that I tried reinstalling it only to lose the maps I already had. And I used it all over the world both at home and traveling. Now I'm at loss and goigle maps don't navigate in walking mode even when you download the area. I don't know how to fix it. Please please please make it work!
Latest Apple iPhone update killed the program .. again
At some point, I think Software developers need to do a class action against Apple for its disregard for developers by randomly throwing out updates with no regards for these apps. I had all my contacts locations and gigabytes of maps downloaded and once again Apple killed the program. Can you imagine being stranded and not knowing where to go thanks to some clown at Apple literally tearing up your maps? Thanks to the woke idiots at Apple?
Outdated
Like so many other people have commented, the maps are outdated. So many places not on the map and ones that are still on the map that shouldn’t be. I’ve even used they own map editor to provides THOUSANDS of updates, yet none are live on the map.
Decided to try this today
Looked good till I started driving and instead of going bottom to top on the map, it went left to right. I have never seen a map app or gps do that. I couldn't follow the map. I went through settings and couldn't find a way to fix this. Deleted the app and went back to Waze.
