## Herff Jones eShare Reviews in United States

### *---- "Very disappointed no stars for me"
I can’t open the app it keeps saying it’s the wrong or not connected to the internet. This app is trash 🤷🏽‍♀️
-- Angiepooh54, 2021-03-01

### ***-- "Doesn’t even open!!"
Once I waited a hour for the app to open!! All it did was a black screen with the hj sign. It’s so annoying please fix it!! I need it for school!!! The pictures you have look good it’s just I can’t get in :(

### ***** "was a 10/10"

-- jessymartinnn, 2020-08-17

### **--- "Trash"
Kinda trash ngl
-- Wombatssssss, 2020-03-02

### *---- "Not Functional"
I’m not quite sure if this is Herff Jones’ fault or my school’s, but I never received a code to preview my school/class ring design. This app doesn’t work without a class code, even if you don’t want to choose your school mascot. There are no work-arounds to this, making it impossible to use this app if a situation like this happens.
I can’t quite talk about how the app functions, but if you aren’t even able to access the app, that is a glaring flaw in of itself.
This app is still being promoted on HF’s official 2019 selection catalog, so I have to assume it’s still active. In that case, I’d suggest an option to preview a standard ring, but with a placeholder for the mascot until the user fills in their school name. Thank you for reading.

### *---- "Can’t access"
I went online as an advisor and set up the access code, I even change it, and it still will not find my school.
-- Artisansp, 2018-09-08

### *---- "How Did This Get Approved On The App Store?"
This is literally one of the worst apps I have ever used. The UI and app design are terrible, but I could put up with that if the app actually function as advertised. As others have said, the school code function doesn't work. It's a sad truth that students are forced to use this app if they wish to contribute to their yearbook.

Update: Still terrible, but at least it's 64-bit. Please optimize for iPhone 6, and update graphics to iOS 7 assets.
-- Redyellowgreen99, 2016-12-08

### **--- "Hard to use for multiple photos"
It's difficult to have to upload photo one by one on this app. And it's blown up and looks weird on my iPhone 6
