Actually being strong!

afdsf on

Not only looking strong, actually being strong. - Chris Heria. It’s true. He knows how to train. As long as you’re disciplined you just have to follow and listen.

Crashes / Hangs too often

Programs are great but the app features are lacking. What's the worst in 2 out of 5 workouts the app hangs or crashes and no progress is saved.

There’s no catch

I’ve been following Chris for a while now. Doing his stuff on YouTube, but he kept mentioning the app so I had to try. Once I got into it, I felt like I had been given a free trial to some amazing workout program. But there’s no catch, it’s FREE. No excuses now, if you have a hard time keeping track of your reps or anything, Chris will do it for you. ⭐️🙏👍

I didn’t get abs after over a year of doing it and I stayed the same weight every day instead of loosing weight and the guy who was teaching it to us kept just showing us and not teaching us what to do

App is awesome

The way it’s organized by plans and workouts, the ability to save, leave notes, etc. it was very well thought out. Only thing I would say is the option to rewind a workout to the beginning and also maybe a 5 second timer between workouts to give the person a chance to set up for the next workout.

Very good

This website has helped me stay motivated and get crazy gains in fact I just got my abs because of this app and I strongly recommend

Heria Pro App is understandably expensive

ur paoa on

United States

I don’t pay but enjoy the free portion and I understand why the app needs to cost money.

Videos

Some videos have a hard time loading and so I had to restart the app, really just a minor issue.

Best workouts but…

bellaellafit on

United States

seems paid app has many issues: 1) when searching within the workouts tab for lets say legs, it generates the same handful of results over and over 2) when filtering by equipment for lets say barbell, there are no barbell only workouts 3) many home workouts require unusual home gym equipment 4) on the calendar tab the streaks stay at 0 no matter how many days in a row you workout Etc etc However, i like that i can create my own program. To do that i check out Heria’s programs and save workouts i like and can do in my workout collections, then i go to create a program and plug those into specific days within my program. Heria is a beast ✊🏼
