The only app that continuously makes me log back in, to only tell me that my password is incorrect. Removing my biometric log in. This is why you have very limited business from me.

I have banked at Heritage over 20 years at the Ft. Wright location, Sheryl & Nancy are THE BEST. I think they have been there longer than I have. Of course they know me by name as soon as I walk in the door. ALWAYS friendly and helpful! I bank elsewhere as well—service at the other banks doesn’t compare! ❤️HERITAGE BANK

How do I get my account number and routing number?

It makes a big difference to me seeing the same employees at Heritage Bank . If their happy I know my accounts will be managed well !

Always working on it or an error when trying to open the app. This is only good for checking your balance and making transfers between your heritage accounts. It doesn’t do any features the other companies I bank with can that would be very useful including check deposit, sorting purchases, alerts, ability to change cards over the app, etc. Needs a serious update

App is nice, but it would be AMAZING if I could deposit checks. Other banks make this so easy, not sure why this app is different and won’t allow deposits this way!

I always have to you type in security password for logging in and transfers, even on my secure phone. Frustrating

This app is somewhat helpful in that it lets you check your balance. It would be great if the app let you deposit checks like it said it would when directing me to download the app. I downloaded and installed the app then searched high and low and found no such feature. I came back to the AppStore and in the example picture it shows a deposit feature on the bottom of the app. Maybe this is a coming feature and it's just not ready. I hope they release this feature in the next version because this would save me a lot of time. I feel like Heritage is behind other bigger banks when it comes to technology. I really like the bank, their service and the friendly employees at the Hebron branch. I hope eventually Heritage gets to where other banks with technology that improves the user's banking experience.

I am running iOS 8.2 on an iPhone 5s. When I attempt to open the app, it will flash a welcome screen with the logo, and then close the app. I see that I am not the first person to have this problem; please release an update to fix this.
