Do I have the wrong App , is it just me .,.!?!? Been with bank for around 4 years hate to change bank but gonna have to ...! Thanks -- #1 Monreal, 2024-07-24 ### **--- "Frustrated" I have downloaded and redownloaded this app. Over the last few months it seems both my husband and I have issues where we can’t even get into it. Especially right when I need to check on monies in an account, then I’m not able to get into it. Christmas was crazy no one on staff to reset my mobile app, so I could get back into it again, so had No Clue how much I had in my accounts to buy or not buy!!!!!! They need to have an after hours staff person to take care of issues!!! I also use my thumb print sign in and for some reason the app is changed and then my thumb print won’t work again. So have to keep removing app and reading it monthly!!! This is crazy!!! We have banked with you all a long time m, hate to change but this is ridiculous!!! -- Linn359, 2023-01-30 ### **--- "Needs features" To be useful to me, the app needs a recurring transfer feature to assist me in saving and managing money between accounts. It also needs bill pay feature. -- Big win 123, 2022-06-03 ### *---- "The bill pay is no good" The system they have on this app is it nearly what the other one was. It was nice to schedule my payments a couple weeks in advance then if they sent them by check or ACH they were taken directly out of my account. I guess the people that have taken over this bank just don’t give a crap about their customers anymore -- Rockybolder, 2021-08-09 ### *---- "No place for individual notation" This app appears to be nice, but I first noticed that it doesn’t give you the option to note individual transactions & I found that to be very helpful on the old app. -- hislight36, 2021-08-03 [View all Heritage Bank & Trust reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Heritage Bank & Trust Discovered Keywords - trust - heritage bank mobile banking - heritage bank ## Apps Similar to Heritage Bank & Trust - [CapStar Bank Pocket PassPort](https://apptail.io/app/capstar-bank-pocket-passport-Tdzc/united-states) - [FF&M Bank Mobile Cannon Falls](https://apptail.io/app/ffm-bank-mobile-cannon-falls-ZeCc/united-states) - [First Farmers Bus Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/first-farmers-bus-mobile-ZREc/united-states) - [ERCU Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/ercu-mobile-iTOc/united-states) - [Heritage Bank Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/heritage-bank-mobile-banking-CNkd/united-states) - [WCB Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/wcb-mobile-vdvi/united-states) - [First Farmers Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/first-farmers-mobile-Cdvi/united-states) - [Bank of Frankewing Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/bank-of-frankewing-mobile-devi/united-states) - [Family Advantage FCU](https://apptail.io/app/family-advantage-fcu-levi/united-states) - [TriStar Bank Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/tristar-bank-mobile-Qevi/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
