I remember this issue back forever ago when I first started using it but it’s far worse now. Her will randomly freeze your account for TOS violations, automatically email you like “nope we’re not gonna help” and then not explain what was flagged, what was wrong, etc. Normally I wouldn't care bc I don’t get many matches or messages on dating sites but I was talking to a great person this time and I really thought it would go somewhere.
This app bans homosexual women for stating same sex attracted boundaries, don’t waste your money supporting this disgusting app, avoid !
tried apple, phone and facebook and it refuses to let me in
Don’t bother downloading, this app is full of those sugar mommy/ daddy scammers. I keep reporting these accounts and literally the same day I will get a like from an identical account and Her does nothing about it
My god, the number of fake profiles that are allegedly verified is astounding. Create a better and safer app!
Completely forgotten their demographic. Every single action prompts you to upgrade account. Only gives you like 2 likes before hey time to upgrade. Delete this dump app.
I downloaded the app and created a profile. It worked fine for one day, and then the app wouldn’t load, claiming that I had no internet connection. I removed the app and tried to reinstall it and now it won’t recognize the phone number I used to create my profile. Very strange. But the two women with whom I interacted during my one-day experience seemed like real people. I did not see any cismen on there either, which is reassuring.
Loved this app, it’s where I met my wonderful wife!
I signed up for a free trial in December 2023. I was charged 99.99 anyhow as a gold member and one week later I was charged 29.99 for platinum member. So I didn’t get the free trial and was charged twice for two separate subscriptions. Major scam and I’m still trying to wade through it with charge backs. HER does not respond just automated chat bot help. I also noticed that many time I’d be chatting with a person and their profile would be taken down for being fraudulent. Just scamming all around.
Just a bunch of woman looking for hook ups, can’t say your opinions or you’ll get reported and your account removed. Yet people can post sugar baby seeking posts, nudes, etc. this place is worse than tinder.
