Everything completed like video KYC, e-signed and sent me a sanctioned letter with emi schedule. After all these they sent me a man for home and office for verification and most irritative part is that the man asked me to pay 2500. Thats a clear bribe. I have every detail like screenshots of all like texts. Please stop this nonsense before i take an action. Majburi ka fayda inhe sikhe.

### *---- "Extremely disappointing experience with Hero FinCorp."
After completing all the required formalities including office verification and residential verification, there has been absolutely no transparency or proper communication from their side. I have sent emails, waited for responses, and even tried contacting customer care multiple times, but no one answers properly. Calls are kept on hold for 15–20 minutes without any resolution.

The worst part is that when I try to check my application status, the system says “No such application found,” and even my registered mobile number shows as “not registered.” This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a financial company handling customer loans.

Customers are left completely clueless after approval and verification. No updates, no timelines, no accountability. If this is the level of service before disbursement, I can only imagine the support after becoming a customer.

Strongly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer handling.

I keep receiving notifications saying that a loan top-up is available, but whenever I apply, the loan never gets approved. This is very frustrating because each application is affecting my CIBIL score.

If there is no real chance of approval, why are such notifications being sent in the first place? It feels misleading and unfair to customers who genuinely need financial support.

Please do not send such notifications if the eligibility is not properly verified. Kindly respect customers’ needs and avoid creating false expectations.

I took a car loan in Mar 2025, and I closed the loan in Mar 2026. Since March 19,2026 I’ve been contacting them for NOC so that HP can be terminated in car’s RC. But the staff has been denying and asking me ask NOC from another bank while on the RC Herofin Corp is mentioned as HP. Do not take any loan or any services from them, you’ll be stuck. You contact them they just close the case without resolving the concern.
