## Hero Rush Reviews in United States

### *---- "Disappointed in this game"
I did invest time and money in this server and the game looks nice, but you always queue into these whales that destroy your game experience, and to make things worse they merge servers all the time so even if you make a character on a new server you will eventually merge and be bullied in all events by whales.
Pretty disappointing experience and waste of money and time.
To make things worse there is no clear support information: been looking for hours on how to contact their support team. There is no in game channel or email anywhere. Facebook and Discord also don’t have a dedicated support channel.
There is no friend list in game or possibility for private chat between players.
The game has potential but is ruined by whales and devs, many people quit it, so my advice is don’t waste time and money on it.

### ***-- "Account gone"
I’ve been playing since came out my character is ranked #4 and 5 on everything I did spend little money but forever reason I logged on today to find my account gone character name is OXYANA I binded with apple and Facebook and still I can’t find my account anywhere I’m really unhappy about this
-- lrfelt38, 2026-02-02

### ***** "Nice hardcore idle game"
Like the game. Like it’s hardcore style despite it’s an idle. Like the arts. Don’t pay if you don’t want to! Lots of things to do inside.
-- Vee88811)), 2026-01-29

### *---- "eww"
deleted it in 30s. No thanks
-- inkjeter, 2026-01-28

### *---- "AI Slop"
Cash grab game made by lazy devs who didn’t even take the time to come up with original character designs. The ads feature literal 1:1 rips of League of Legends characters. “Daji” was literally advertised with the name “Ahri” and an exact rendered copy of the character owned by Riot Games. You’re better off spending your time and money on countless other games made by better developers.
-- lettervomit, 2026-01-27

### ***** "Great game"
This is an awesome game easy to play a lot of learning and great graphics. Can’t wait for tit to get better
-- robertr91, 2026-01-25

### *---- "Help"
I was playing and suddenly got a sung wo looking fiery dude, did i accidentally buy something or earn something?
-- fighterssg, 2026-01-25

### *---- "WASTE OF STORAGE"
Just a joyless idle game with no redeeming qualities. Clear that ai is the only reason this “creator” if you could even call them that, has been able to push this boring, joyless, shell of a worthwhile game
