Definitely works for what I need. Highly recommend. -- Mikoslow, 2024-10-17 ### ***-- "I tried but useless for tracking" I cannot for the life of me find an app that has the workout split up between words, warm-ups,and strength portion. even though this app is good at all the other things it is not good at that one very common thing. I go to a box now and have visited another one and all of them seem to have strength/warmups portions split up. Why doesn’t the app have this option? I tried to love it, but I couldn’t and barely ever used it. It doesn’t seem very intuitive to keep track during the WOD so it’s easy to lose count 3) if the WOD has several movements, the lower portion of the page gets hidden at the bottom of the phone so I don’t have access to the action buttons 4) add alternative movement options 5) is there a way to incorporate a strength area to allow for tracking of gains on individual movements? I see the RM tracker but it doesn’t make any suggestions of movement not rep counts and cycles. -- Gra805, 2023-12-12 ### ****- "Hero App" Great app! Sometimes if my phone locks the WOD that I am doing vanishes, I’ve gone t taking a screen shot of the WOD but the timer goes if the WOD disappears and the app resets. Other than that, awesome program. -- $7J&123, 2022-03-26 ### ***-- "Missing some key features" This app seems to have some great warmups, which I am in desperate need of as the other K app warmups are booring! The WODs also look pretty good… But thats where it ends for me. Looking for a leaderboard and not seeing it. Also, the equipment is limited. I have some battle ropes and it seems like these just get left off all the apps. So, warmups that don't include all my equipment is a thumbs down. Also, a big issue is there are no mods. I cant do certain movements either because it irritates my hernia or I just cant do them fully.
