You walked into the gym. Now what weight goes on the bar? Heroic is a strength-training coach that handles the calculations for you. Log your reps and Heroic figures out the rest — next week's working weights, warmup loads rounded to real plate increments, deloads when a lift stalls, and a clear progression for every exercise in your program. Spend your time training, not doing math between sets. WHAT HEROIC DOES FOR YOU • Calculates next week's weights based on this week's reps • Generates warmup sets rounded to plate increments • Applies deloads when a lift stops progressing • Estimates your 1-rep max for every main lift • Tracks bodyweight and strength trends with charts TWO COMPLETE PROGRAMS Men's Program : a progressive-overload plan built around the major compound lifts: squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, and row, with carefully chosen accessory work. Women's Program :built around lower-body strength, glute and hip development, and a pressing progression that moves week over week. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU TRAIN • Native iOS app designed for one-handed logging between sets • Syncs across your iPhone and iPad through iCloud • Works offline at the gym and syncs when you reconnect Heroic works with the Apple Health app on iPhone. Bodyweight measurements are read from the Health app to seed your starting weight, and your completed strength workouts are written back to Health so your training history stays in one place. You can change this anytime in Settings > Apple Health. PRIVACY Heroic stores your training data in your private iCloud. No account sign-up is require ## Heroic Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/56/78/81/567881cd-6fe8-5897-b0be-660077e5df94/1.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/95/7d/17/957d17cb-610c-93a2-486e-a8782d9f4177/2.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/8a/78/5a/8a785aaf-1b6e-4dee-2bf9-afa9171761f6/3.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/45/67/05/456705f0-03de-850f-613c-e4b32019ba9e/4.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/61/6b/bb/616bbbf4-4577-a1cc-bf46-bf8ba0a8b7cc/SHARE_WHAT.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/aa/70/31/aa7031e1-f678-8d15-35a6-46a4980b588d/7.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/5b/6e/0f/5b6e0fe2-f36c-a14c-86d1-a7c99db0fedd/8.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/b6/4a/38/b64a38f5-70b2-76b4-6cfd-b7cf9ce311e4/6.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/bf/1d/3c/bf1d3c11-9ac7-d30b-80a8-e50ab842ea3d/10.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/0a/e3/2e/0ae32e6f-3cf0-82da-dbb3-7c7d493ce263/9.png/1260x2736.png) ## Heroic Rating Breakdown in North Macedonia - 5 stars: 7 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Heroic Available In - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/north-macedonia) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/canada) - [Costa Rica](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/costa-rica) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/czechia) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/france) - [Honduras](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/honduras) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/japan) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/kenya) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/south-korea) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/cayman-islands) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/malta) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/netherlands) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/new-zealand) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/panama) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/qatar) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/sweden) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/armenia) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/heroic-progressive-overload-uoiA/venezuela) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
