This app helped me pass the HESI a2 and I believe if you get the $16 subscription, you can pass your exam too. This app provides great practice questions that are on/related to the HESI a2 exam. However, I did not have physiology as a section for my exam. I don't think this app provides good questions for physiology but that did not affect me. If you think it will affect you, study physiology separately.
