The best workout tracker/log out there! Hands down!
perfect app for beginners really helps me track everything i need to know!
I absolutely love every feature this app has. It truly motivates a homebody like me to hit the gym weekly.
I got put on-top this app by one of the guys at the gym and it has streamlined my workouts, keeps me accountable for my rest breaks and also me being a forgetful person keeps track of my lifting weight management so I can slowly progress over just sitting at a plateau. It’s super easy to use and I’d recommend it to anyone.
A mate of mine suggested to join this app. A great tool in tracking each session, and progress. Great diagrams and explanations of exercises. I love this app for my training.
I advice this app if you want to track your progress
Love Hevy! It’s easy to track progressive overload training. Gives you a rundown of the exercise and has lots of exercises in the program. Love the feature that shows the muscles worked! Did upgrade to the paid version as the free one would t let you have too many custom exercises but an annual subscription is way cheaper than a PT 💪
Hevy works great for the way I lift. It allows me to track my effort work out to work out. The free version is great without the need to upgrade to paid. They don’t hassle you for reviews constantly like other apps. The interface with other apps and phone health tracing is also great.
I used to manually track my workouts in a spreadsheet which was a pain mid-session. Now, with this app, I can track my sets with 1 click, automatically trigger a rest timer, and have the next progression ready for my next session. It also works seamlessly on my Apple Watch. Honestly couldn’t be more impressed!
