Great app as usual. A great feature would be the ability to add an exercise as an alternative to another exercise for example, adding T bar rows as an alternative to bent over rows or stiff leg deadlifts as an alternative to Romanian deadlifts so one can easily do different variations.

The app was recommended by a friend and it has totally improved my time at the gym. I am able to track my workout, make adjustments, learn new programs and muscle groups to work on. It’s also very easy to navigate. I would totally recommend.
