## hew tracker Description
hew is a workout log. not a fitness app, not a coach, not a social network. paper and ink, on your phone.

you define what you track. exercises declare their own fields: weight, reps, time, distance, rpe, anything. routines are ordered templates of solo lifts and supersets. sessions snapshot the routine at the moment you start, so editing the template later never rewrites your history.

— features
custom exercises and routines, organized into folders.
standard fields you define once and reuse.
supersets, with rounds.
mid-session add and reorder.
inline editing throughout.
history charts on every exercise and every routine, by day, week, month, six months, year.
swipe to delete with undo.
drag to organize.

— what hew is not
no accounts. no cloud. no sync. no social. no streaks. no badges. no notifications. no premium tier, no subscriptions, no ads.

— privacy
fully offline. nothing leaves your device. no telemetry. ever.

— platform
iphone, portrait. ios 17 and up.
