Our goal is to tackle smaller mental health issues before they become bigger. We achieve this through offering hundreds of 3-minute, evidence-based pep talks to help users manage everyday stress, increase confidence and build resilience via solution-focussed therapy. Talks are used as stress and motivation interventions for in the moment issues; or as pre-emptive confidence and perspective builders to develop capabilities over time through increasing users' resilience. We all need support at times, and most days (let’s face it) you only have 5 minutes to pull it together. Hey Lemonade is there to help calm you down and shift perspective so you can keep going with your day. No matter where you are coming from, be it your best, worst or most in-between day, if you hang out with us for 3 minutes, your day will be better! All our pep talks are: QUICK Every talk is around 3 minutes long and available with online and offline capabilities. GROUNDED IN SCIENCE All talks are guided by experts, passed through our in house psychologists and grounded in evidence from solution-focussed therapy.  Hey Lemonade has been tested by the CSIRO and proven to generate positive health outcomes for the mood, stress, and emotional wellbeing of participants including increased calmness and vitality and a decrease in perceptions of daily hassles.  Science and pep talks, together at last! DELIVERED BY VOICES YOU LOVE & TRUST All talks are offered in at least 3 different voice options so you can find the tone to suit how you need to hear your support. Voices include a range of trusted, high-profile Australians all waiting to tell you in many and varied ways, ‘you’ve got this!’ ADDRESS SITUATION-SPECIFIC STRESSES Pep talks address a range of specific everyday stresses. I’m new to Hey Lemonade it was recommended to me by several people and I just love it. It’s so easy to use and such a great experience all round. I love the features this app has and the range of pep talks to choose from are excellent. I always seem to find the pep talk I need. It’s helped me so much! Highly recommend. -- Juliaoha, 2024-05-26 ### ***** "A cheerleader in your pocket" Hey Lemonade is like having a supportive friend in your pocket! Its pep talks are a ray of sunshine that lift my spirits and are a reminder to get back into that positive mindset. Easy to use and with a vast array of pep talks and positive affirmations, Hey Lemonade is my go to app for when life is giving me lemons! -- Lmarshma, 2024-05-16 ### ***** "Pint-sized encouragement in my pocket" I’m not big on meditation…too much time and stillness required, so I love this app for its simple acts of pep-generosity. Every day I can access a few well written and beautifully delivered words of encouragement. Whether it’s the reassurance I need that I’m a good parent or the encouragement I need to get out there and do something. Hey Lemonade is there with something as simple as a permission slip to have a rest or a little encouragement to get me out of procrastination. Can’t live / work / parent without. -- 12345g5, 2024-05-06 ### ***** "Just what I needed!" This app is just what I needed to start 2024! Can’t wait to share with friends. -- Karate Byrde, 2024-01-23 ### ***** "My current go-to app when I need a boost in life!" Such a useful app for pretty much all walks of life. No matter what you’re feeling, there is a pep-talk to help you through it. I love having an encouraging friend in my pocket! -- Ninjin_95, 2023-08-11 ### ***-- "Great concept" I think the concept is fantastic but the free peps didn’t grab me enough to part with almost $100. If they had I’d definitely consider it. -- mlp72, 2023-04-24 ### ***** "It’s just all good 💚" The peps are a ray of sunshine when I need them, but they aren’t mindless positivity - they help validate and accept being a bit of a mess at times. Also the daily quotes are spookily on target a lot of the time! -- Lil snowy, 2023-04-07 ### ***** "No ragrets" Started off with the free version (which is AMAZING all on its own, thanks to the absolute legends that are the writing, voicing and app dev team) and I have just upgraded for the extra peps and because this is a great initiative. It is more than just an app, this is a SERVICE to community - a force for good. Affirmation if you want it, consolation if you need it, and especially empowerment you can feel. Love it. Thank you to the team at HL for making this. Having access to peps for so many different parts of life and of such variety have made a difference to aiding, maintaining and sustaining my mental energy. My only regret is I have but 5 stars to give so here are some love heart emojis. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 -- SiqBrew, 2023-01-27 ### ***** "It’s ok!" The morning pep talks - Lift me up, make me laugh and gives me the permission to own my emotions. I am an over thinker and it really helps me to move forward😁 -- Pollcoll, 2022-12-11 ### ***** "Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!" I’ve recently been having anxiety problems at work (meetings and the such) but this app has really helped me calm down and tackle these issues!!! -- Garfield Reed, 2022-12-01 [View all Hey Lemonade reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Hey Lemonade In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Full Subscription | $11.99 | | Monthly Subscription | $11.99 | | Annual Subscription | $97.99 | | Yearly Subscription | $97.99 | | Monthly Offer | $11.99 | | Corporate 40 -
