## Heybike Reviews in United States

### *---- "Problem"
Bike dosent connect to the app need to submit
-- Levi Krawiecki, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Won’t allow me to register"
Downloaded the app. Will not let me register. I tried all 3 ways to register, never received a code in my email. App is useless to me.
-- Lightkeeper00, 2024-12-26

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Can’t register for the app because it doesn’t send us a code. The bike without the app seems fine. Heybike please fix your app or don’t offer one.
-- msmerra, 2024-12-25

### ***-- "Idioma"
Buenas tardes. Soy propietario de una bicicleta y quisiera por favor que puedan agregar el idioma español a la app. Me gustaría seguir disfrutando de mi bicicleta y app en español. Gracias de antemano.
-- TepuyAA, 2024-12-20

### **--- "HeyBike Tyson Owner"
Overall the bike has great quality and performance, the app on the other hand is not so great. I’ve had my Tyson for about 6 months. I’ve got about 1500 miles on it. (Yes that’s a lot) I ride it practically every day or when I can. Overall I would recommend, but advise to be weary over the app.
-- DOB1999, 2024-10-15

### ****- "Bluetooth connection"
Does this app work with the Heybike Race 27.5, as I cannot get the app to connect via Bluetooth?
-- Regkins, 2024-08-22

### *---- "Register"
Trying to register but it doesn’t send the verification code to email
-- Losdoza, 2024-06-24

### ***-- "Watch App??"
Could really use Apple watch support. It is a pain to go into an app on the phone when I could just do 2 taps if it had Apple Watch support. Widget support could help as well for those that don’t have a watch.
-- jeisom, 2024-05-22

### *---- "Won’t let me create an account"
I plug in all my info on registration page including password and code sent by email and it won’t scroll down the page to accept terms and create account
-- Joe whodunit, 2024-05-06

### *---- "Title: Disappointed with the Heybike App—Expected Better Integration"
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

As an owner of a Heybike, which impressively delivers in terms of build quality and performance, I had high expectations for the accompanying app. Unfortunately, my experience with the Heybike app has been overwhelmingly disappointing, failing to live up to the high standards set by their physical products.

The app suffers from numerous functional issues, with many of its advertised features simply not working. This includes key functionalities that are supposed to enhance the riding experience, making this not just a minor inconvenience but a major flaw. The integration feels sloppy and underdeveloped, indicating a lack of thorough testing or attention to detail, which is surprising and unacceptable from a brand that otherwise seems to prioritize quality.

For a bike that excels in so many areas, it is a huge letdown to see the app—a critical component for modern e-bikes—fall so short of expectations. This poor app performance detracts significantly from the overall value of the bike, as it undermines the convenience and additional features that are supposed to make the e-biking experience seamless and enjoyable.

I hope the company acknowledges these issues and prioritizes significant improvements in future updates. Potential buyers should be aware that the current state of the app does not reflect the quality of the bikes themselves and might consider this factor seriously before purchase.
