## HeyCyan Reviews in United States

### ****- "Won’t download video"
Won’t download video
-- Bigmikelhc, 2025-12-14

### **--- "The app is minimum"
I bought these smart glasses expecting it to compete with metas but the truth is that it can’t. Don’t get me wrong the app does work but when asking cyan “what’s the time” the response is always the current date. It never tells you your current time unless you tell it your city and state which gives ME the incorrect time. I can’t find a way to adjust time and date within the app either.

The other issue is you can’t ask Cyan to play your music or Spotify. What adds insult to injury in order to use “Siri” your phone has to be able to hear you, then you can respond through your glasses.

If this app can work out these kinks this app glasses combo will be perfect for ME and I’ll retract my 2 star rating and I’ll give it 5.

### *---- "Doesnt work"
So excited to receive this product in the mail, but at the end of the day it works, but it does not connect to the phone so I cannot see the pictures that I’ve been taken cannot see the videos that have been taken
AI automatically just starts talking when I click on the record button
They have a great Marketing on Instagram - The price was great and should’ve known better -not happy with this purchase
-- Run naked, 2025-11-25

### *---- "GLASSES BROKE 1ST USE"
The video and app are good quality but the glasses broke at the hinge after first use NOW the SECOND one broke- Don't buy because they don't take returns - WASTE OF MONEY
-- briandbutler, 2025-11-21

### *---- "Issue"

-- Mritchie5332, 2025-11-17

### *---- "HELP please fix"

-- My 13 promax, 2025-11-16

### *---- "Won’t connect"
Glasses won’t connect to the app
-- Bluepeltz, 2025-11-15

### *---- "Weird picture pops up"
They worked for a little and then there is a weird picture that shows up on the preview every time you take a video. Then when you play the video there’s no video. This was a waste. Don’t buy.
-- Fsurav79, 2025-11-11

### *---- "Not saving anything"
Glasses do not show any media recorded on the app
-- Superkillumohhhh, 2025-11-04

### **--- "Not showing my images"
The glasses worked fine when I got them but now for some time now I have not been able to review my footage, my pictures or videos taken from my glasses are not coming up in my album on the app.
