Many of the functionalities that were available on this app five years ago are now premium features and my business cannot afford to pay for these items that we used to be able to use as part of the basic plan. This is very frustrating. Also I no longer receive push notifications from the app. I have to constantly reload the app, or uninstall and reinstall it. I feel like my phone number is being held hostage now. Reached out to HeyMarket sales contact 2 days ago with NO response.
