Impossible to pay with credit card. If you leave the screen, automatically shows payment fail. Doesn’t give you chance to copy and paste card information or to access banking app to authorise payment. Badly designed for card payments.

Trying to pay via credit card but when I received my tac number upon check out, i went to my inbox to check for my tac code then I go back to this apps and it auto exit from the payment page. Tried few times also the same, get so angry and just walk out of shop without buying. Wasting my 15mins standing there. hence the shop have just 2 customer, the shop assistant also doesn’t bother to come and ask if I need help to order at the counter.

Surprisingly this is the most user friendly brand-only app I’ve seen so far. Unlike the others which installed just for membership or points collection, Heytea’s app also offers ordering service which shows u real time progress and 1-click-to-go navigation. They freed me from the needs to station here for my drink. 

It’s my first time trying their drink today on their 1st day launching which I’ve expected to be chaos, but I’ve not faced any challenge through such arrangement. (Yes there’s long wait time but can’t complaint. Buy 1 free 1 promotion mah)
