Why is paying so difficult
Want to earn money in Singapore but supports only Chinese payment methods
Placed order in app but not recognize by the ship
VivoCity’s branch told me that the order number is not from their branch, that is odd…
Annoying
Every tribe I want to order drink I use card and when I type in all the info. When I get the OTP whilst I’m halfway typing it crashes and says in query and then makes me redo the transaction all over again…..and this happens every time!!!it’s so annoying
Charges a DCC fee when paying with a Singapore credit card
Although the application can be used to purchase drinks from stores in Singapore, payments made with a credit card issued in Singapore would incur a dynamic currency conversion fee.

Previously bought it using the older app. Didn’t have any issue. But this time round I was charged with conversion fee for purchasing something in SGD using a Singapore credit card. THIS MAKES 0 SENSE!! Why currency are you even charging us in? DO NOT USE THE APP FOR PURCHASE. JUST ORDER IN THE STORE

what is the point of this app
Singapore is not listed ever since the update. it was working perfectly fine and now it’s totally useless???? i would rather not buy than queue for it
Don’t use it in Singapore
Was charged with a Dynamic Currency Conversion fee when paying with SG credit card. Better to quene to order.
