I had $20 in my wallet I wanted refunded as I haven’t been in Halifax since July and I’ve contacted a few times through email but no reply. I’ve got a new card since then so a reply would be nice. The money shows that it’s gone from my wallet now too but I never got the money back. When you click other ways to contact nothing happens. I’d really like my money back. Please contact me if u care
The app won’t let me log in due to “fraudulent activity” when I tried to pay. Can’t even make another account.
I rode a scooter around town with my friends and it was fun! So I decided to sign up on my own phone! The app proceeds to charge me $45 for a scooter trip then continued to say the scooter was broken. I only loaded $10 on the app in the first place! I never got to ride and now I lost a lot of money for no reason. Don’t put you’re card into this app it will steal your money.
scooters themselves are fun but the new app isn’t reliable. will lock scooters for no reason, has a wallet system instead of just charging from visa, app is buggy and wont always register if you lock a scooter or if it locks it for no reason. probably wont ride again after getting stranded away from where i needed to be last night
Starting today the app has logged me out and will not let me log back in or even create a new account
For the most part, it does not let me go past the phone number sign in. If it works then it’s a great app and the scooters are great, but it’s absolutely never reliable. You just never know if the app will work, and if it does you never know if the scooter is « really » charged up. Kudos to the support team though, they always answer email inquiries very fast.
Couldn’t sign up. Couldn’t get pass Canadian phone number.

I’m convinced the reviews are fake. None of the scooters were charged up. App requires a ton of information
I’m trying to get to work and the app won’t even let me sign in. Sometimes you can’t even cancel the ride because it doesn’t even show up on the app. other times the throttle just stops working and you have to cancel your ride early. This works in a pinch but you can’t rely on it.
