The HHAeXchange Mobile App empowers caregivers with an easy-to-use app to clock-in and out right from their smartphone.

Seamlessly connected to their agency and available in multiple languages, the Mobile App allows caregivers to view their schedules, get directions to the patient’s home, clock in and out, communicate with their agency, and accept new cases – all while on-the-go.

-- Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): Clock-In and Clock-Out with the simple tap of a button. Whether the visit occurs in the home, or out in the community, HHAeXchange will verify the start of the visit by matching an approved patient address to the clock-in GPS coordinates.
-- Scheduling: See your scheduled visits in real-time. View patient info like demographics, plan of care tasks specific to the patient, and directions to the patient’s home.
-- Case Broadcasting: Get immediate notifications when a shift becomes available and request or reject it on the spot.
-- Visit Notes: Easily add comprehensive visit notes, including text, image, and/or recorded audio.
-- Messaging: Communicate with your agency in real-time through the App’s Message Center.

### *---- "Update for larger screens"
This app needs to be updated to accommodate for larger screens. We’re about to enter 2025 and it looks like aspect ratio hasn’t been updated since the first iPhone came out in 2007. 

Apple provides developers with built-in frameworks like "Auto Layout" and "Size Classes" that help manage how UI elements adapt to different screen sizes and orientations.

I do not care for this app. It has more issues than it should. It freezes up or logs out in middle of a note. I also do not like how you cannot share pics within the app ( proof of a behavior or incident) and absolutely cannot stand how you can not check your previous notes ( to make sure they saved). Another bad feature is you cannot go back and correct grammar mistakes or spelling issues after you are done without deleting the note.

The app lacks a dark mode, which is a big letdown for users who prefer working in low-light environments. Additionally, the user interface feels clunky and unintuitive, making navigation unnecessarily frustrating. A cleaner design and basic customization options would greatly improve the experience. Until these are addressed, it’s hard to recommend.”

I have very rural clients and it has been a struggle to get enough reception to clock in/out. There are times when the whole app just lags. As a caregiver you have to click through a lot of screens, written notes are hard to see and correct.

This app is always doing unplanned and unannounced maintenance. There are no warnings but it’s always in the late evening when I need to sign in or out.  It won’t let me sign in or out and my time is always screwed up. I have lost a good amount of pay with this horrible app. I know they do this on purpose because I am in development and networking.

When you least expect it, it's down and will refuse to work no matter what you do!  This is terrible, specially when they expect you to use the app instead of TimeSheets.  Nothing is reliable about this app and system, you can't even message the agency through this app, or answer to their messages to you.  This this is an absolute failure, I might just quit this job because of this nonsense!
