The app consistently crashes when attempting to log in, making it completely unusable on an iPhone 16 Pro Max. This issue severely disrupts workflow and needs urgent attention to improve stability.

Is there a way to see if your hours have been recorded?  Why isn’t there an option on the menu for that?  My client has severe mobility issues with their arms and hands, so if they are somehow able to see my hours online or by calling somewhere, that is a hardship for them. The Help section doesn’t have a FAQ and feedback sent on the app isn’t replied to. So frustrating.

never loads patient data when i log in.  i used to log out & in over & over until patient data loaded. then i figured out to refresh the home screen for patient data to load, but even that takes too long. sometimes i get distracted from waiting for this thing to load and next thing i know i’m 10-15 mins “late”.   would also be nice if this thing allowed a split shift, like a few hours in the morning then the rest in the afternoon. the old token system was so much better.

GPS is not accurate. Location appears to be between 50-126 feet from client when I am at client’s home. The clock ins/clock outs are not accurate because I have surpassed the designated time and If I clock in a minute before, it says the same thing. The app freezes and it also kicks me out before I have clocked in/ clocked out.  It’s very frustrating. The only good thing about it, is that I am able to add notes to justify my location when the clock ins/clock outs are during the client appointments. This app needs improvement.
