Hi Credit - Loan App Nigeria

How do you give 10k loan for 7days and ask for almost 50%? Your app is wack and ugly , everything looks substandard and unplanned yet your fees are outrageous, yall thieves and this much interest should be illegal , I hope cbn can really look into yall soon because this is trash !

Its very unfortunate that i requested for a loan of 10k from this app since afternoon and up till now my account have never been credited but the have already shown me the amount I will pay on 31st of this month. How will I pay back the loan that didn’t reflected in my bank account. Are you not sure this app is a scam?

My loan was not even one day overdue and I explained to them I would pay before the end of the day was I was very busy their useless workers started laying curses on themselves not me 💔i don’t recommend this app at all

Dear HiCredit Customer Service, I am writing to bring to your attention an unauthorized loan transaction on my account. On January 3, 2024, I applied for a ₦5,000 loan from HiCredit1, which was to be repaid on January 10. However, on January 9, I received a call from HiCredit2 stating that I had also borrowed ₦5,000 from them. Upon investigating, I discovered a ₦5,000 credit in my bank account on January 4, which I did not authorize. I have since returned the ₦5,000 to HiCredit2, as I believe it was an error on your system. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and rectify any errors. I would appreciate it if you could also update your records to reflect that I do not have any outstanding charges. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely,

I made some transfers via the bank provided by the bank to extend my loan and I got a message from the app that the payment has been received and loan extended funny enough no changes was made on the remaining amount to pay back on the app and when i paid some money out of the loans too it still didn’t change and now your agent are calling me to pay more than what I have left to pay one of them even went about raining curses on my contacts I hope you can be able to fix this issue
