Himalayan Bank’s mobile banking update is a complete mess. The app has been down for over two weeks (1month) with no notice, no fixes, and no accountability. Login doesn’t work, reset options fail, and customer care keeps giving the same false excuses about “limited customers.” Releasing an untested app and leaving thousands locked out of their own accounts is unacceptable. Authorities should step in—this level of service is disgraceful.

This latest Himalayan Bank app update is shockingly bad. It feels like the developers just threw something together, didn’t bother testing it, and pushed it straight to production — as if customers’ time and security don’t matter. There’s absolutely no accountability: no explanations, no fixes, no urgency, nothing.

The whole thing screams trial-and-error engineering, which is embarrassing for any company, let alone a bank that handles people’s money. It’s unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly baffling how this even passed internal approval. Himalayan Bank seriously needs to get its act together.
