## Hi-Smart AC Reviews in United States

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Use ConnectLife app to control the AC
-- bryanraleigh, 2025-08-18

### *---- "Not able to sign in"
Zero stars. Once I downloaded the app and typed in my email and selected a password the app stated it would send me an email with a version code. It never did. I resent the request and no email. Only when I views other reviews did I realize this app is useless
-- Lori Ost, 2025-08-12

### *---- "Boo!"
App is not available on android.
I found it on Apple store.
I signed up on the app, never verification code.
So called 3rd party app Hisense wants everybody to use (Connect Life), my phone won’t let me download it because my phone is out of date, even tho my phone is on the latest firmware according to apple.

This is one of the reasons why I don’t like so called Smart Devices, they become paperweights whenever they refuse to update the app and/or when the company goes under.
-- Caption A., 2025-08-07

### *---- "Junk"
Total waste. App doesn’t work at all. Disappointing at best
-- KillMagnetic, 2025-07-26

### *---- "useless app"
App never sends the email to register. cannot use it. waste of time. deleted it after 4 hours of frustration.
-- WV Countryside, 2025-06-24

### *---- "Probably a scam"
I downloaded the app and it requires a login and then it was sending a confirmation to my email which never arrived. App offered to “open my email automatically” to retrieve the code. Shady.
-- County603, 2025-06-24

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
We have tried to sign up for this app numerous times and it will not send the email with a code. So we’re unable to move any further. We have deleted the app reinstalled the app, use different emails, checked junk folders and spam. It doesn’t work
-- ChefRawk, 2025-06-17

### *---- "No Email Sent"
Go through the process of setting up the app and they never send you a registration codex tried multiple emails, checked all folders, waste of time and makes using the AC over WiFi impossible without 3rd party integration.
-- nope9816, 2025-06-14

### *---- "Worthless App"
App does not work at all, don’t even waste your time downloading
-- Fonz726, 2024-08-19

### *---- "This app does NOT work"
It does not connect to the AC access point. The AC was a terrible waste of money.
