While watching an auction on the app you have continue to close and reopen the app to get it to update. Otherwise you will think you are winning when you have been out bid. Needs a renew button. Love HiBid. Hate the app.

Add the capability to search multiple categories at once

This app is barely functional. Better to use the website than deal with this slow-motion death by a thousand cuts.

Please fix

Call Support to tell them that their app was not working and she said we know. She said to just use the web browser. If your app does not work, either fix it or remove it from the App Store. You’re costing people money and product!

While I’m obsessed with this app, it leaves much to be desired in terms of functionality and usability. It crashes 75% of the time, conveniently when you’ve scrolled through about 75% of an auction’s inventory, forcing you to have to restart and scroll all the way to that position again if you want to view the rest of it. Speaking of which, it does not let you start where you left off. Also, you have to go through many steps before you can view auctions that you’re interested in. It’s a very old school app that was probably designed by a junior developer who has long quit the job because they were being asked to do everything and not getting paid enough for it. HiBid needs to invest in their developers…

The app is w very hard and is blocking. I have to refresh my times and come back and lose the page , star over. I hope can be fixed soon this issue.

Crashes sometimes, UI could be better

But it crashes all the time now…

This app allows the seller to see your max bid. This means that you’re not just bidding against other buyers… the seller will just make a bid right below your max right before you win. On top of that, there is no way to review the sellers. So you can’t warn other people or be warned about sketchy sellers.
