I like this app because it works well to control and lock scooter

I downloaded the app and right away it wants me to log in. There’s no option to create an account.

Just tried to log into the app after having my new scooter for almost a year now after finding out it wasn’t working on day 1 tried again just now and the same issue remains. Nothing was fixed your app is still trash👎🏻

Please fix and make a better app that doesn’t crash and that actually stays connected. I have a highway max Pro, which is amazing but the app is super disappointing. It won’t connect anymore. Please fix this.

It keeps saying the device is active, please reset the device before proceeding

It is a good app and it is telling me where my kids are going and tells me how much they drive

This app is a nightmare do not get it The hiboy max scooter is great But the app destroy it The app is ugly

I’ve had the scooter for two days and the Bluetooth will not connect with the app anymore. It recognizes the device but says the scooter needs to be reset. I’ve googled and you tubed how to find the reset pin or at least how to reset it. Keep running in circles, absolutely aggravating to deal with.

Absolutely awesome app

The app provides very little to the rider. The most frustrating negative is that none of the upgrade kinks work in the app. The Bluetooth nor the device options provide any result. This is probably the reason why my scooter will change settings during a ride (drive modes), resulting in alarming drops of speeds which in certain instances can be dangerous. The scooter will also at times turn off when coming to a stop. No physical buttons are pressed, again dangerous. Ultimately, it’s a very poorly managed app resulting a in a poor experience with a scooter that otherwise is solidly made.
