Connects to my scooter and works great.
Bluetooth connection fail
Even after all updates this app can not connect scooter. Fix it!!!!! It’s unbelievable so many tries and still it does not work….
Won’t connect to scooter
Tried many times to pair app with scooter and it wouldn’t connect.
No stars!
This app is so bad, doesn’t link, freezes, and is in Chinese! Very disappointed for as much the actual scooter cost😒
Can not connect to apps
Hiboy teams really need to fix their apps, recently got hiboy nex-5 scooter and tried to connect my iPhone to hiboy scooter Bluetooth. can not connect to Bluetooth. Apps shows it scooter on iPhone but can not access more than that. I gave up. RIP.
No Bluetooth connection
Even after bluetooth connection update, app still can’t connect the scooter. Is it real? PLEASE CHECK and update the app.
Won’t sync
So the app might be in its infancy, but I can’t get it to hook to the scooter. Regardless of the device. If you try within the app, it locates the scooter, places a blue checkmark and the only option is clicking a back arrow, search, or going to the Home Screen…please fix this as I paid a pretty penny for the NEX5 and a bunch of accessories and would like to use your app!!!
