## Hickey’s Pharmacy App Reviews in Ireland

### *---- "No communication when order is ready"
It is very easy and convenient to order prescriptions per app. It saves a lot of time.
The pharmacy used to sent a notification when the prescription is ready for pick up.
This has not been done anymore. One has to call or stop by and ask if the order is ready. It defeats the purpose of the app.

### ****- "Very useful but lacking some functionality"
I use this app a lot and find it very useful. I can order my monthly prescription whenever I think of it, even late at night or early morning, and I get a message when the meds are ready. However, I do not order exactly the same meds every month, and it does not record what I order, so I have to manually enter what I need every month. It would be a great improvement if it recorded my orders, and if it contained a list of all my prescription meds, so that I can just tick them off.

### ***-- "Is this app still in use?"
The last update of this app was 2 yrs ago. Are hickeys still using this app? Can I recommend an update to the App? If I send a prescription through there should be something to notify the user that the prescription has gone through and is waiting to the pharmacist to pick it up.

### *---- "Connectivity issues"
Orders being confirmed but not going through. Delayed notifications

### ***** "Life changing app"
