I really enjoy playing the game but the only downside is it drains my phone battery faster. Hope this could be fix :)

Latest update not downloadable for 3 days now
I have updated the latest version from Apple Store on my ipad but am not able to download the update to my game for over 2 days now. I have reached out to the support team but all their recommendations have all been met but still no sucess. I am stuck on the download at 64% and not moving forward. I had never encountered anybissues like this all these past times of their update. Not until I get this issue resolve, the rating wikl be a 1-star, since I cannot play the game at all.

i really love the game but i dont know what happened i cant log in to my g5 acct to upload my progress on my ipad,when i opened the game im back on stage 1 and i cant update to the new game
