Hidden Strength is a unique mental health platform for young people. We offer meaningful support and advice in a safe, anonymous environment.


Today, social media has become a driving force in our daily lives. However, there exist few options available for mental health assistance. Hidden Strength is a powerful new tool, as a platform that strives to destigmatise psychological and physical health support.

Hidden Strength will be the first mental health portal to build an online community, that serves its users in keeping with their digital lives. Content provided by mental health experts aims to give you the tools to deal with life’s challenges. As a result, therapist support and readable content will be free for those who need it most.

We are a team of young people, understanding parents and professionals. Our sole intention is to be here for the people we care about – YOU

I have been using hidden strength for over a year & words cannot describe how grateful I am for this charity. I absolutely love the fact the therapists don’t say really “cliche” things like “Have a bath”, “Go on a walk” etc and are genuinely so down to earth and caring. The app has so much flexibility for when you need support & not to mention- it’s FREE. There’s so many barriers in the mental health system but hidden strength are really working wonders to break them down, so please, if your a young person struggling- look into this app!! It’s helped me so so much, Thankyou Hidden Strength💜

I had such high expectations for this app. I honestly thought it was going to be something different to all the other services. I thought it was going to be support. Unfortunately I was wrong. There has been a lot of little issues that have gradually built up into a big one. Please do not be surprised if you get suspended from the app for being too high risk like I have been. You need to change free therapy for everyone to free therapy as long as you aren’t high risk to yourself. This app was my only form of support and now I have nothing. So thank you so much hidden strength. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Thank you for giving up on me just like everyone else

I cannot stress this enough this app is absolutely amazing. I tried kooth because it was advertised at my school and I need d some help but to be honest it was not as good. Hidden strength provides healthy recipes, advice, diary, mood tracker and so much more. If anyone needs help like I did get hidden strength I no longer need as much help as I used to thanks to hidden strength. I really hope this app goes global because it will help so many people. I just have one more thing to say if you need help don’t be afraid to ask for help trust me I know it is tough but in the end it will all be worth it.
