Here’s the problem: the title I was watching on the first app was all dubbed and on HiDive THERE IS NO DUBBED VERSION available. This is a dirty move. Bad business. Bad advertising. Considering the anime is almost 10years old, English dubbed episodes are widely available by this point and there is no reason they can’t be available in the app I was baited into downloading considering the promo lead me to believe I would be able to start and finish watching the series between the two apps. I will be deleting HiDive immediately. It would be nice if it had some common features like Crunchyroll like when it cues up the next episode in the series. Right now I have to search for it every time and try to remember where I left off. You need to go inside the settings to have access to your history and watchlist Soo stupid its not on the main screen Your recent view doesn't show the title of the episode. That means you can’t recognize just by seen the picture, because the picture is just a snapshot Another problem When you go to your history and listen to that episode. It wont pass to the next. You need to get out of the history. Try to find the show again in the full list of animes, because you can’t see witch one it was in the recent if you watch multiple animes . Super waste of time Just to try fixing this problem trying to find back the serie in the list i put stuff i want to play in my watchlist. Super annoying tv app ever I didn’t really use the mobile version really But i do have my watchlist on the main screen at least Super painful to know i subscribed for a full year and already passed my free week. I would not continue on Hidive for all the annoying stuff. If you fix and clean the tv app And make it way more convenient I will stay for next year, but i will cancel if not fix before my subscription ends which is 11month from now. Put schedule on the menu and watchlist on Navi bar. 30s (back or forward) skips when you are watching an episode, who the heck wants 30s back when you just miss a line or two in a subtitle, do as everyone else and put it at 10s skips No button to skip introduction or credits at the end No recent watched episodes 2 hours in the app and I can clearly see why the rating is terrible. Hire some UX expert. Everytime I wanna go to the next episode of the anime I have to go and search or it! But that’s not the worst thing the worst thing is even after I start the search what do I find not the anime I’m actually looking for but a ton of episodes that are not at all related to the show I wanna watch! This all does have an auto watch feature that just doesn’t work at all! Here are a few suggestions to make the app better In the search engine have it list names of Anime’s with a folder linking to that show! Have episodes of the whole season in that folder like every other streaming app! Second When you watch something just have a next episode indicator on screen so you can skip to the next one!
