This app was pretty rubbish to begin with, very basic and looked cheap like it was put together by a 10 year old. After the update a few days ago I can’t even log in. Just sits there “signing in” - no error messages, just spins away.

App is ok, with ability to view and make new claims, and view claim history. 

What’s changed with recent updates is that now you require to enter member number and password every time you open the app. 
Previously these details were auto saved. 
This becomes annoying as I now need to remember my member number and input the password every time. 

I would suggest hif to at least auto save the member number/username in the app. 
In addition, maybe a pin instead of password might be more effective for logging in also.

You can log in to submit new claims, view your claim history and remaining annual limits at a glance. Please add a ‘remember member number’ tick box as I have to dig up my member no each time to login.

First time ever opening the App Store for the purpose of leaving a review - never would’ve thought it’d be for an insurance app!

App design is great; does its job simply and efficiently. Quick access to all the essential features (super simple claims process, digital members card, limit checker and claims history). No unnecessary bloat or annoying pop ups to upgrade/review/refer others.
