Love the Higgins Weather app. Are there plans to add new features, particularly a lightning tracker?

So well explained and understandable, just a shame BOM are unable to do the same, congratulations to all involved! 👏👏👏

Just subscribed yesterday so still getting familiar with the app. The information is good. I wish there was an option to scale the font as I am struggling with reading the small text. Also, while I am getting push notifications about weather warnings sent to my phone, when I go into the app I can’t seem to locate the warnings section to find the alerts again.

Love the app! However it freezes a lot on me these past 2 months when I view radar.

Love the app and the info available. If it’s possible would love to have a complication for the Apple Watch sometime in the future.

Very much up-to-the-minute when bad weather events are occurring eg Brisbane floods 2022. Essential service during these times.

I understand the layout is new, what is there works well and is accurate. I can’t find daily rain accumulations, or backdated history… maybe I haven’t looked hard enough, but rainfall totals should be on the main screen. There are better apps out there that fill in the gaps. Apps like Willy Weather and Windy have helpful widgets which put them in front of this one. Not a bad base to build on though.

These guys know their stuff! They also care about the humans affected by adverse weather conditions. They back their forecasts by sharing them as soon as they know weather issues will occur. During the SE QLD and NE NSW flooding 2022 - they put themselves on the line - counter to slow moving BOM - and saved countless lives by advanced warning - meaning people could escape their homes about to be flooded - in advance. Do yourself a favour and download this app. Also - join their FB community/group. You’ll always have current - detailed and correct forecasts. P.s. I’m not associated with HIggins - even though this sounds like an ad! :)

Wouldn’t be without it. Paying member and love the access. I would highly recommend this app and joining.
