Unfortunately this app glitches so much for me when I’m hiring out dresses. My bookings don’t show up, messages disappear and don’t sent and sometimes bookings don’t confirm properly 😢 also one of my payments didn’t go through when a girl hired a dress from me.

Clunky, hard to use app with no support from admin when other users don’t return dresses.

Very laggy, terrible interface. Can do much better.

My dress did not arrive on time so I requested a refund. The girl who rented me the dress was responsive and luckily suggested she contact me via her personal socials since the app removed the option to refund. There are a range of outfits for reasonable prices, however the app needs some work.

This saves so much time as you can search for the outfit you want. So many options and price points.

Great app but so frustrating how the filters never work, like I’ll always put size 12 but every size still coke up

Every time I go to add a brand for listing the entire app crashing

So disappointed. I loved the app after hiring multiple garments out but then a girl did not return one of my dresses and never responded to my messages asking for her to pay the replacement fee or return the dress. After contacting HSR multiple times no one responded to me. They claim that they will share the mobile number and ID of any person who hasn’t returned a garment but I have not been told anything and it’s been two weeks.
