Very useful…could use a few upgrades
First of all, the app works. The functionality of the app and its usefulness are excellent for what it does. There are a few things I would love to see happen with this app though. First, it needs a function to sort (alphabetically, date added, group by color, etc) and/or drag and drop. Just that would make it 4.5 stars easily. It could use some additional ice (pellet)and garnish options (grapefruit, citrus wheels) and measurement options (such as barspoon), as well as a few more options for glassware. It would also be nice to have entry options when entering a recipe for shaken, stirred, rocks, up, etc to simplify the directions on construction so you’re not typing that each time you enter a cocktail. Most of these are small things but the more drinks I add the more I really really want the sort function. Overall though I think this app is great. I not only use it at home to make drinks but also when I’m out at a bar and want to look through the app like a menu.
Simple But Effective
This is my favorite cocktail app. I try other but always come back to this one. Its been on my phone for the past 5 years and its just the best. The interface is intuitive the recipes are simple to follow and theres an extensive library of drinks. I love that you can only keep cards you want on hand and can search the library based on a specific type of liquor. I honestly dont know what else you could want in a cocktail app. This is my go to, it is my favorite, and I hope it stays on the App Store for another 20 years!

Love this app
Very pleased with this app, when I started my current bartending job I was making my way through Pinterest and saving all my favorite cocktail recipes most of which were highball images. Then I found the app. I just wish it offered an Apple Watch feature so I could pull the recipes up on my wrist as I’m not allowed to be on my phone during work. But for studying and getting to know recipes this app has been vital. PLEASE MAKE AN APPLE WATCH APP.

Love this app, Needs some updating though
I love this app. It's my go to app for cocktail recipe creation and sharing. Love to share the cards via iMessage to friends and family.
But as of this review, 1/3/2023, it has not been updated for 4 years plus.
I know you don't charge for this but could you do an update to add some features and fix some bugs. I am willing to pay, although not a subscription. Please 🙏. I have enough bills to pay already. Charge one time $5, I'd pay that in a blink.

Love this app. It’s now my go-to at events and parties. Makes it very easy. I do wish they’d add even more customization, I.e. rosemary, cinnamon sticks, cloves, spiced-looking rim options, grapefruit wedge, ect. Drinks are so much craft cocktails these days, let’s keep up with the times!

I've been using Highball to collect, sketch and workshop cocktail recipes for many years now and nothing else even comes close. I'm so indebted to Studio Neat for making such a simple, easy to use interface that allows quick recipe creation and beautiful sharing options. My Highball app library has become a tome of cocktail specs and I don't know what I'd do without it. Highly recommended to any home or professional bartender.
