## Highmark Residential Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible update"
New update is horrible. On the bulletin boards where other residents post ads or messages, you no longer can click on a picture another user posts (just in case you want to see details of an item), and if another person wants to respond to a post or ad, you can’t even see who it’s from nor respond to them privately
-- Cali_Airbender, 2023-09-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The app doesn’t work in my phone
-- Lua_gleal, 2023-02-16

### **--- "Buggy interface, unusable"
Recently the app has started requiring reactivation with emailed code plus separate login every time it’s used. It has started hiding/deleting outbound messages in message conversations, meaning it deletes the resident half of the conversation history and makes the messaging feature unusable. Every few weeks the interface has more bugs and crashes, which is frustrating since it’s the primary communication tool used by our property.
-- jloio001, 2022-06-13

### *---- "No way to sign up"
It instructs you that it will send you an activation code, and then never sends it to you
-- ainsleybell, 2020-04-16

### ***** "Great feature"
This is a great feature to have access for all your needs on the property. It was simple to access and download.
-- mustangridergirl, 2020-01-13

### *---- "activation code"
i haven’t received my code after trying about 8 times . i turned my phone on and off and even deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still didn’t work.
-- dnasty12321, 2020-01-12

### *---- "Activation code"
Why am I not receiving the activation code after entering my phone number??
