Was working great.  Had to do an update … now it lets me log on, so I know my password, then it asks me to log on again for some ‘link’ and now my password is wrong.  If you then ask for a reset email it doesn’t come.  Pain in the bum.

Major issues just trying to order ahead. Can’t get password reset. Code is not coming in email. Tried to add different email but cell phone number is attached to other email that currently I can’t get into because I don’t know the password. Can’t get a reset because the reset code is not coming to my email! Crazy viscous cycle and getting me no where. Why we need a different password and sign on for skip anyway? Should all be under one log in.

I don’t know my rewards number because I can’t locate it in the moronic app. Pump asks me to scan, nowhere to scan. App doesn’t give rewards number so I enter my phone number. Tells me to see register, pump doesn’t work. Nope, cancel transaction and buy gas elsewhere. You’re a bunch of idiots. Rewards expire way too quickly too. Deleting app and will buy gas elsewhere. You won’t trade money for gas because I don’t know my rewards number so the pump doesn’t work. Ridiculous. How stupid can a company be?!?

I purchase gas exclusively from High’s and I have not received one penny toward a gas reward yet. I would think I would have received something at this point. Emailed customer service to find out what is going on and never received a response. I don’t think the app is accounting for things properly.

I download these apps for the discounts. I won’t spend money on food without knowing if there was a discount on the app that could have saved me money. The “offers” page says “21+ offers”, when I tap on it, it says “No offers available”. Kept app for a month expecting an update any day to fix this critical bug, but that has yet to happen. Not patronizing Highs until it’s fixed.

Considering that High’s is a smaller, local chain, I don’t expect something with as much polish as apps from the national chains. So while it’s not a bad effort, it lacks sophisticated functionality like the 7-11 app’s Scan & Go. As such, I really only use it to accumulate and track rewards and don’t see what use it has beyond that. And even then, it’s painfully slow to open to the screen where I scan my card and has to be held just right for the scanner to read the barcode. It would be infinitely more useful, convenient, and faster if I could add the High’s card to Apple Wallet, which could pop the card up automatically when I was near the store and show it on the Lock Screen. Even better would be to integrate it with NFC so that I could just tap it to the reader instead of the cashier having to use an optical scanner like it’s 1990.

The newest version (11/2022) requires location services on, even just to look at history or current rewards. No way to control access to your location data. App is buggy anyway, and I use w/wifi rather than cellular, so I’m done now. Deleting.

Trying to register in the new rewards app and it will not accept my current rewards card number. Also, if using the camera option, a 5 is added at the end of the correct member number for no reason. Either way, I get an OOOPS error, you have entered an invalid number. I try again and get the same error. What’s the trick to make it work??
