Track your workouts with the "HighScore: Workout" app on Apple Watch.
With the "HighScore: Workout" iPhone app, you can view your workout results as a score. 
Challenge yourself to achieve a higher score with each workout.

● Workout results displayed as scores
Calculate your workout score based on your heart rate during exercise. 
Achieve higher scores by increasing your heart rate for longer durations. 
Adjust your exercise intensity based on your current fitness level.
Note that maintaining a high heart rate close to the maximum limit will not further increase your score.


● 「HighScore: Workout」 includes the following features.
• Convert workout results into scores.
• Supports 6 types of indoor exercise and 5 types of outdoor exercise, including running, walking, cycling, hiking, rowing, and fitness games.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual rankings based on workout scores.
• Detailed exercise reports:
 - Achievements, score breakdown, distance covered, calories burned, exercise pace, heart rate, altitude changes, maps, and more. 
 - The available information varies depending on the exercise type.

• Weekly detailed report (every Monday):
 - Receive a report comparing your weekly exercise performance every Monday.
• Achievement system to stay motivated.
• In-workout notifications for scores, distance, workout duration, and Apple Activity Ring progress.
• Share your workout results on social media.

● Before using the app, please check the following:
• Requires Apple Watch.
  The "HighScore: Workout" app requires the Apple Watch app to be installed for recording exercise results.

• The Health app must be installed on your iPhone.
• Access to health data is required for certain features,
 but rest assured that your health data is stored solely on your iPhone and Apple Watch and is never sent elsewhere.
• Outdoor exercise utilizes GPS, which may consume more battery power.
