## hightrust.id Reviews in Finland

### *---- "NFC doesn’t work properly"
Impossible to read the id card for activation and even when it’s activated, impossible to add it to the wallet. The process stops on reading the card, tried all the recommendations, put it on the table/screen, top of the phone, etc. Meanwhile it’s possible to scan the id card with Shortcuts app > Automation without any problems, so the issue is with software, not hardware. Created a ticket at your support desk on the third day after official launch, no response yet.

Please fix it! It’s super cool alternative way to authenticate, but it’s just doesn’t work with iPhones. Ready to help with testing!
-- Dwayne Fom, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Käyttökelvoton."
Käyttökelvoton liittymä, virhekoodit, asiakastuki nonexistent.
-- CP/M 2.0, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Pekka Tynkkynen"
Ei toimi iPhone 15, ei löydä korttia
-- pekka t, 2024-12-12

### *---- "NFC Scan Error"
When I try to add my activated finnish personal identity card to app wallet, it stop in scanning process. It doesn't work and scan.
-- Phat Tee Ma, 2024-11-29

### **--- "Reyo"
Kortin lisääminen onnistui vasta kymmenien yritysten jälkeen. Mitäänsanomaton virhekoodi ei auta yhtään. Kortin lisäämisen jälkeen toimii normaalisti.
-- ReAlLiFin, 2024-11-27

### *---- "IOS 18.1.1"

### *---- "Not working on iOS 18.1"
Doesn’t read Finnish ID card..

Activation succesful but cannot add card to the wallet..
-- Atm1234567890ytt, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Ei toimi"
Kortin lisääminen ei toimi
-- HanaAna1, 2024-11-18
