No when it saids let’s go, I do the identification on my iPad mini, and the app prompt “let’s go” doesn’t transition to the next page. Like my account. Pointless if I wind up just going to the web. -- SiiBizzle3, 2026-09-09 ### *---- "Bad Customerservice" They leaked my company information and caused a fraud and and been trying to get a hold of Customerservice over two months with no help -- bindirangi, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "Gangsters" The worst company They designed to screw you up I was receiving their junk loads at least if they know where I’m at. Send me the load where I’m at not across the country. They showed me their junk loads and I was receiving like 10 20 emails loads per day. I am unsubscribed and they blocked my email now Broker when they try to send me a new set up nothing comes through my email This company is designed to screw your company. They are playing gods. -- ME GMP, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "Repeated Highway Verification Is Unacceptable" I am a small carrier and I already have an active Highway account. However, almost every time I try to book a load, I am forced to complete the same verification process again—uploading my ID, taking a selfie, and verifying my identity repeatedly. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What is the purpose of having a verified Highway account if I have to prove my identity every single day and for every load? I am trying to operate a trucking business, not spend my time repeatedly uploading the same ID and taking selfies just to book freight. This system is creating unnecessary delays and making it harder for legitimate small carriers to do business. My company information and identity have already been verified. Please review my account and provide a permanent solution instead of forcing me through the same verification process over and over again. I need a clear explanation of why this keeps happening and what Highway is going to do to fix it. Not good for carriers Highway -- G sandhu transport, 2026-08-30 ### *---- "Code issue" Not worth it, I have a code issue and customer service can not help. I guess I have to delete this app. -- Brightlight Express, 2026-08-15 ### *---- "Brokers poppets" They don’t have anything for vetting, just work on brokers fake reports! Poison for small carriers! I hope they get out from market and trucking be growing -- Romila kimar, 2026-08-13 ### **--- "Not A Fan" This app needs a lot of work. It’s not user friendly. It says it will save your login info, but every time I have to start from the beginning. It says I can log in with biometrics but won’t save those either. It claims to be secure, but seems like it would be quite easy to hack into any account using publicly available info. Today it keeps asking me to check a box saying that I’ve transferred ownership of my company. I’ve had to delete and download the app several times to get past that screen. I wish companies would put a little due diligence in before requiring us to use poorly designed tools like this in order to do business with them. -- coveredwagon379, 2026-08-07 ### *---- "They not care about drivers or companies" They not care about drivers or companies -- Vcxsrgyhiok98, 2026-07-20 ### *---- "Code issue" App keeps Having issues when it I gets to the code portion It keep saying incorrect code and the code is actually correct and hasn’t even timed out. I also see I’m not the only person having this problem common issue now I can’t really pull loads Highway Get ItTogether Please! -- Deshazi, 2026-07-17 ### *---- "Owner operator" Highway is extremely un user-friendly full of problems. Good luck if you want to use it. -- E.A.D.
