## Highwire Coffee Roasters Reviews in United States

### ***** "Thumbs up!"
Loving the updated app from previous. Works great! So much better than the old app.
-- Dooks1008, 2026-02-22

### ***** "Fantastic interface for the app"
Love using the app. Convenient, well organized, coffee is always ready when I walk into the store. Also coffee is amazing.
-- RumeshaA, 2025-03-27

### *---- "Terrible"
Simple things like remembering a login don’t work.
-- GoodboyAdi, 2025-03-22

### **--- "Older adults might need help with this"
This app has been frustrating for me as to the understanding how to pay no guest option I think is the problem. But the baristas are great and the coffee is really good.
-- pilotTami, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Unable to add gift card for payment"
The only reason I got the app was so that I could order ahead of time and pay using a gift card I was given. The app will not let me add a gift card as a form of payment. :(
-- Elijah L. Yesovitch, 2024-11-03

### ***-- "Not a great online experience for regular customers"
In-person experience is great but mobile app continues to be a pain. Too many clicks to order a cappuccino from my usual store. Allow users to select a default location. Have some kind of “order again” option for repeat orders. The $2 default tip is offensive, reduce it to $1. Points system is so confusing I gave up. App gets into a broken state somehow when you leave it running and needs to be restarted regularly. Happy to see a V2 but mobile experience is not there yet.
-- RockridgePossum, 2024-09-19

### ***** "consistent hq coffee, pretty space"
No upcharge for alt milk. That’s classy.
-- Girlmeetspen, 2024-09-17

### ***** "Well made"
I visit a few of their locations on a regular basis and their the most consistent, high quality cappuccino baristas around.
-- Steve Jeffsteve, 2024-09-08

### ****- "Love the coffee hate the app"
The app always gives me problems always have to do it two or three times. The staff is lovely and I appreciate them but I wish they’d fix their app and their coffee is great.
-- faggedaboutit, 2024-09-06

### ***** "Easy peazy"
Tried the app for the first time. It was a wiz, ‘Americano’ and minutes later voila!
-- LaSandra H, 2024-09-01
