Die Übungen werden in den Videos super erklärt, so dass man die Moves spätestens nach der ersten Runde drauf hat. Die Workouts sind sehr schweißtreibend und machen viel Spaß. Die Zeit vergeht wie im Fluge und man fühlt sich danach richtig gut. Angefangen vom Warm-up bis zum Cool-down fühlt man sich immer „gut betreut“. Da nicht viel Platz und kein Equipment erforderlich ist, sind diese Workouts fast überall durchführbar.
