Terrible frequent updates that are always glitchy! Contact support and never get any help back.

Disappointed and Frustrated I regret installing this system in my home. While notifications alert me to activity in my perimeter, they’re useless when my screen constantly displays a red message: “REFRESH 🔂 - Number of streaming channels exceeded limit. Please stop playing other channels of the device and try again.” The issue? It DOESN’T REFRESH! There are no clear instructions, no functional support, and no help line to address this. If I’m paying a premium, I expect the app and system to work seamlessly. This is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It only works when I am home connected to the same wifi, it becomes useless now

This app is painful on the iPad. I have the newest version with the most recent iOS and my camera feed is always stalling out. Usually happens on both iPad and iPhone. This time it is fine (so far) on the iPhone but is not operational on IPad. This app has caused me nothing but grief. My tech support rep (not an iPad user) keeps telling me it is fine on his end. VERY FRUSTRATING.

This new update has made it so I cannot go back and see old footage. I use this for my main job and can no longer conveniently do it.

Over the last year I am finding more often that playback doesn’t work. I just down, do updates yet I continue to have the same issue.

Disappointed with the fact that I can not easily view the cameras when not home (no subscription) and the app does not remain open (crashing ?) on my iPad nor iPhone, even with all Notifications disabled

The updates for the past two years have been horrible. Crashes all the time. Not user-friendly anymore.

Now, is it 10x more difficult to get to live view or playback cameras!
