Battery usage is so high
The app using on iPhone 14 Pro Max. When I open the app phone started to heating and I checked battery usage, it shows used 28% usage within 1:40hr. It’s 3 times higher than YouTube usage. Developer please help to fix this issue. Thanks
Does not capture/notify all motions
The camera does not capture/notify all motion which makes it difficult to track the time of the event.

Horrible app, always doesn’t work, unable to connect. Don’t use HIK.
Can’t open from remote.
Just updated but the update didn’t help. Always says ‘number of streaming channels exceeded. Please stop playing other channels of the device and try again’. Very disappointing updates
Lacking of basic playback functions
The playback lacks basic functions. Searching of the playback doesn't allow fine timeline scrubbing. When the finger holds down on the timeline, it should zoom in to finer level (seconds) to allow more minute searching. Also, should add 1 button to skip 10 seconds forward and another to skip 10 seconds backward
