I mean, the lights are really good when I first got them they were perfect. It does not sometimes work but that’s OK. I love the lights and I’m gonna keep buying them for my room every single time I get a new one or I’m gonna put it on my bookshelf on my TV, but thanks for the lights. I love them.😉

Personally I am baffled why there is a lot of low star ratings. That did concern me when I finally started hanging up my lights after months of not being able to. Once it was up, I used the remote control first, then decided to give the app a try. Works absolute wonders for me, like it couldn’t have made me happier. I am guessing many people expected it to be much more than they think, but as personal honest review, I love it to bits. Hope to keep these lights safe and be used for a long time.

The app worked at first; I was able to connect my LEDs to my phone. The next day, it wouldn’t connect because “the Bluetooth on the mobile phone isn’t on” even though it is. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and re-installed the app, but no use. The remote provided doesn’t work properly. It’s stuck to one color and you can’t even turn it on/off. Please fix this.

Honestly, with these LED lights if I could give it a zero star I would. these LED lights won’t even connect with the app. I downloaded the app. tried to connect it and it would not connect. I deleted the app. then I downloaded it again to see if it would work and still did not work. I have tried so many times to get this app to work and it would not work so you guys need to fix the app.

I got these from Walmart and they worked just fine the past couple months I got them, but they haven’t been working for like 5 months now. My light are like 10 different colors and my app won’t work like it used too. Please fix this error

So when I first got it the lights were perfect until I put it on white lights but it turned yellow except white. And when I touch it, the whole light turned off! I don’t know what happen but it was a bad LED light. And why is it falling on the ceiling? It’s like a waste of money more than a good light. This app and LED light is an copy of other LED light it’s very cheap but really fragile. This light is like an off brand. Rather stick with Home Depot LED lights forever!

Bought to sync with TV. Worked for about a week and now the colors no longer change on their own. The scenes in the app do not work. The only thing that works is the color wheel. I do not want it on a solid color all the time. Wanted it to change along with the tv image. Not sure why it doesn’t anymore. Please help.
