Hilton Grand Vacations

We have been HGVC Memeber for years and this app is awful. The orientation does not flip for iPad use, does not always show proper availability, does not always save pay,ent info…

Good site but it won’t move from portrait to landscape format. If you are using an iPad with a keyboard the portrait format makes a hard job harder.

No matter what I try, I’m not able to log in.

I always enjoy staying with Hilton Grand Vacation. This year we used Hilton points to take a family cruise to Alaska for a week using 3 rooms. Our 3 grandkids had so much fun being together and enjoying the activities and excursions on Quantum of the Seas. And now I can use points again for a Great Wolf Lodge trip. Thank you.

It’s bad when reservations, sales, and support actively tell you not to use the app. The website this app is built to mirror is pretty bad, this app is just a worse version of it. Specific app issues: Worthless unoptomized ipad app. No landscape, it’s just the autoscaled version of the phone app. All version searching reservations is slow at best and often broken, either showing an error or no results when there is availability. Occasionally login breaks.

The site works well on my Mac and iPad but sometimes does not have all features working properly on iPad. Like it won’t show all my reservations on iPad but otherwise the reservation is still showing on phone or laptop

Where are the photos of the resorts. Terrible!!!

Extremely disappointed with inability to reserve Ocean Oaks (Hilton head). We purchased the new system under the impression we could still reserve. Now that we absorbed more properties we also added more clients. They should have opened more rooms for property owners. We are faithful to Hilton, but are treated quite poorly. I have been trying to book a room for well over an hour and keep getting try again later. I paid a lot of money for this membership and continue to pay a lot each year. I expect the web-site/App to work with no issues. Once the booking finally went through it did not put the guest information in and now I will have to spend more of my time during business hours to call.

Third party developer destroyed the app. System wide problem. HGV Max rep says may never work. Rep says third party developer has ruined the app and their days are numbered. Has to do with creation of user id alphanumeric field. This is not my opinion, it is what HGV reps who talk to people every day are finding. Right now, you can only login through the Internet or Safari. I understand that this problem can happen, but what I do not understand is why after weeks it is not been fixed. Maybe the third-party developer is not the only one that needs to go.
