I have been trying to book a room for well over an hour and keep getting try again later. I paid a lot of money for this membership and continue to pay a lot each year. I expect the web-site/App to work with no issues. Once the booking finally went through it did not put the guest information in and now I will have to spend more of my time during business hours to call.
Third party developer destroyed the app. System wide problem. HGV Max rep says may never work. Rep says third party developer has ruined the app and their days are numbered. Has to do with creation of user id alphanumeric field. This is not my opinion, it is what HGV reps who talk to people every day are finding. Right now, you can only login through the Internet or Safari. I understand that this problem can happen, but what I do not understand is why after weeks it is not been fixed. Maybe the third-party developer is not the only one that needs to go.
It freezes all my he time
The HGV app was so easy to use and literally just took minutes to finish booking my stay.
It has you create an account with a username. Then asks for your email and password to login. Cannot login with email and password or username and password. Have tried reregistering and have tried deleting and redownloading the app. Want to be able to use the points we purchased. Good luck getting us to upgrade to a full membership.
Never felt more catfished than how these people treat me when scheduling a package for them to sell you a timeshare. You are given the impression that you have free run on dates. If you use online scheduling they deny your request. Speaking with these sales people, they say there is an up charge to get the date you want. In the end, they refused to give me a manager. I lost $343.85. Hilton Honors lost a loyal client. American Express lost a loyal customer for partnering with scammers. I feel scammed and catfished.
I can't log in on this app. It says I have no account. I can log in with no problem on the website. This app is of no value until that's fixed.
App performance and functionality is poor. In addition to being laggy, it is hard to navigate and get what you want especially if you’re trying to plan a variety of scenarios.
Here at HHI SC Ocean Oak Resort for our first stay since becoming deed owners April 2023. Allen is always available to answer our plethora of questions. And now we are Trust owner’s with 54more Hilton sights to travel to. We were blessed pairing up with Allen! Thank you so much, John& Judy
This app hasn’t worked properly for 3 days. Hopeful that the behind the scenes updates will be more functional with property accommodation photos. Also, an email to the owners regarding downtime and maintenance/availability will be beneficial.
